Scenic Route Paper Co. closed its door after 6 years ... gosh! that means no more newbies for us to create with. Here's what they have to say {sob... sob... tissue box needed!}
"With a landslide of conflicting emotions we have decided to close the doors at Scenic Route. Our last 6 years doing business in the scrapbook industry have been both fun and challenging. Through the years I have learned so much, I know that we can do anything we set our hearts on with a little creativity and a lot of hard work. With that, I am looking forward my next creative adventure."
Next to join them is Kodomo Inc. Yes, the stamps people!
Sigh.
And here's an exerpt of Angela Shu's email Scrapbooking.com Magazine:
"It is with much regret that we will be closing our rubber stamp business in the US. This will be in effect as of September 30, 2009. Due to the current economy, we at Kodomo find it very difficult to operate. We have been very fortunate to have brought authentic Japanese designs to the American public."
.We can only hope that these amazing and talented women will spring back again with a BIG BANG with more creative stuff when the economy recovers. Thanks so much for all the great stuff in the past and best of luck!
