Shopping Tip 101: Reordering of Products in SnC

Please take note that while Scrap-n-Crop.com allow re-ordering of products there are some items that we will not reorder. 

 

Generally, Scrap-n-Crop.com will not be re-ordering seasonal products such as Christmas or Halloween arrivals and embellishments and papers from older collections. This means, once a stamp or paper is gone, its gone for good. So, please do not hesitate from ordering if you are considering the item.

 

Scrap-n-Crop.com will only re-order evergreen items such as tools. Our reorder period may take longer such as the current wait for the Making Memories Slice machine to ensure Scrap-n-Crop.comwill be getting the latest version of the product. 

 

We would appreciate all such requests by e-mails so we can reply to your email once the product is available.

 

Please take note Scrap-n-Crop.com is also strictly enforcing the one month product hold for the benefit of other customers. If the product is fast moving, we may even shorten the holding /reservation period. After such time, if no payment is made, Scrap-n-Crop.com reserve the right to return the product to the shelves and will not reorder the said products again. This is to be fair to all customers who may be eagerly waiting for the said product.

 

For orders that have been paid, Scrap-n-Crop.com will ship it out within 24 hours. Upon request we may hold your shipment but please be advised that we may not be able to hold your order longer than a week as we are now facing space constraints. This applies to all online and onsite orders as well as orders awaiting personal pick up.
