Punchinella is fun plastic ribbon that is left over after sequins are punched out, often called "sequin waste" or "sequin scrim."
Use it on altered book pages, as a stencil for creating backgrounds, or for ribbons on potted plants.

It is a bit over 3" wide and Scrap-n-Crop.com sells them by the yard.
The regular round holes are about 1/4" in diameter.
Seriously awesome for you spray lovers and paint lovers....for those who have attended Nathalie's class, you know what I am talking about ;)
