Today we are featuring Sharmaine of 4 Squirts and a Dollop of Cream. Sharmaine resides in Tasmania, Australia and you can read her blog here.

ROFL. That's probably why her blog is called 4 squirts and a dollop of cream! BTW only serious bakers use "dollop".
