Please note that in view of the irregular normal mail service Scrap-n-Crop.com will no longer be sending out shipments via regular mail to all Malaysian addresses. 

This is truly in your best interest as it will address the difficulty Scrap-n-Crop.com has in proving all shipments were sent on time. Our inability to track the shipments have resulted in a number of disputes which Scrap-n-Crop.com simply cannot be responsible for, but more importantly cause unnecessary grief and anxiety to our supporter.

As a not-for-profit set-up that prides itself for good value and fair price items, Scrap-n-Crop.com  has made a conscious decision to continuously stay true to this philosophy in everything we do. As such our courier shipping rates have remained low and if you have been there with us since our inception you would have appreciated that Scrap-n-Crop.com has not increased the courier rates since our first day of operations. This is despite Pos Malaysia's recent increase in mail rates... yes, Scrap-n-Crop.com has been subsidising your shipping cost to keep the rates low and we are committed to continue with the practice of subsidizing the shipping rates for as long as we can afford to.

Do take note however, that for the moment Scrap-n-Crop.com does not offer Pos Express Envelopes. We also do not cater for cash on delivery/meet-up services. We have a small workforce, comprising of volunteers, and again this is deliberate to keep Scrap-n-Crop.com's costs low so that you can continue to enjoy reasonable prices.

Courier shipping within Malaysia will be FREE for all  purchases of REGULAR PRICED items exceeding RM200 in value. However, FREE SHIPPING is only valid for the first 3kgs in West Malaysia and for the first 1kg in East Malaysia.   

For overseas customers, FREE SHIPPING is for purchases above RM500 and only for the first 500gm.

So how do you then make payment? It's super easy.

1. All you would need to do is to go to https://www.paypal.com/my

2. Login using your e-mail address used to register your paypal account.
