Its a whole NEW year and a whole NEW set of rules... well, not quite, but Scrap-n-Crop.com is making some minor changes ... and most of which are further clarifications! So, relax ... as it is designed with you in mind as always to make things better.

Our LOYALTY PROGRAMME restarts now for everyone. This means, start spending a cummulative total of RM800 and your following purchases will be discounted by 10%. 

For those who have signed up for any of our 2010 RETREATS (full packages), you have already been given the LOYALTY status.

How will you know you have been entitled to loyalty discounts?

This year, loyalty customers will receive an exclusive DISCOUNT CODE for them to apply in their shopping carts. If you feel you are entitled for the discounts but have not received any e-mails from us, feel free to drop us a note.

Introduce a FRIEND - Introduce a friend and get an additional 5% for your next purchase. All your friend needs to do is indicate your name in the remarks column upon checkout for you to be entitled to this discount.

BIRTHDAY BONUS - Applicable only if you add your birthday into our FACEBOOK fan page and group.

FREE SHIPPING - Our free shipping promotion remains for 2010 nationwide INCLUDING Sabah & Sarawak if your purchases exceed RM200. However, FREE SHIPPING is only valid for the first 3kgs in West Malaysia and for the first 1kg in East Malaysia. 

For overseas customers, FREE SHIPPING is for purchases above RM500 and only for the first 500gm. Orders can be combined for FREE SHIPPING.

THURSDAY THRILL - Thursday Thrill discounts will only be applied if the DISCOUNT CODE from your newsletter is used. So, be sure to sign-up for Scrap-n-Crop.com's newsletter now.

MAGAZINE and KIT OF THE MONTH Subscriptions - These subscriptions have been discounted heavily. There will be no additional discounts on these items.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS - If you have subscribed to our newsletters but have not received any, please e-mail me. You will need to click on the SUBSCRIBE ME button to confirm subscription.

PRICE and SHIPPING DISPARITIES - As the voluminous work of downloading items rests on 1 person solely, human errors do occur from time to time. In such instances Scrap-n-Crop.com has the right to determine any such adjustments or amendments needed.

STORE VISITS - Visiting the Scrap.Abode is strictly by APPOINTMENTS only. Best times will be after 6pm on weekdays and selected weekends. Please give at least 1 DAY NOTICE prior.

PAYMENT - Payment is available via ATM Giro Transfer, Online 3rd Party Banking or Paypal if you are purchasing online. CREDIT CARDS are accepted only if you are shopping IN-STORE and if your purchases are more than RM50.00. Please e-mail payment receipts together with your Order Number to ensure delivery.

Payment must be made only AFTER receiving your INVOICE. If PAYMENT is not made within 1 month of purchase your purchase will be canceled.

TOOL CENTER and LIBRARY - We regret to inform that these are no longer available as we seriously cannot cope at the moment.

RESERVATIONS and PRE-ORDERS - We do take in reservations or orders for items. However s 50% DEPOSIT is required to secure your order.

GALLERY SUBMISSIONS - We would love for you to share your lovely creations in our gallery submissions. Share your creations and you may be rewarded with our Lucky 7 monthly prizes.

FORUM PARTICIPATION - Our forum has moved to http://www.debbiehodge.com/gisforum/. Please adhere to GIS' forum rules.

OTHER SUBMISSIONS - We welcome submissions such as product how tos or tips of the day. E-mail us your submission and if it is accepted for publication, you will receive special freebies from us.
