Specially developed with a built-in resin, Perfect Pearls are easy to use dry or wet with no additional binders needed. Brush on dry or add water to produce luminous paints and glazes. Dust Perfect Pearls over images stamped with Perfect Medium.
The Confections colors are also availableopen stock, as well as the previously released Café kit colors – Biscotti, Mandarin, Cappuccino and Mint.
