Why do we need the payment receipt?
Can't you check the account since I have done the transfer?
Yes, we can check the transfers online via internet banking. However, if it's an Inter-Bank transfer, there is a slight delay in the transaction being reflected in Scrap-n-Crop.com's bank account … and this holds true for all banks when there's an inter-bank transfer; similar to cheque clearing time required.
So, in order to facilitate faster processing by Scrap-n-Crop.com, it is essential that you email
admin@scrap-n-crop.com, cc: valerie.gan@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt.
Note that your receipts may be scanned copies, print screens or even clear picture of
the receipt taken via your handphone. Please also state your order
numbers as you have no idea several of you share the same name or even
have a different name on your bank in slip vs the order name.
We do have a bad time matching receipts up to the orders sometimes!!!
