Proof Of Payment

 

Often enough this mistake happens even to our most seasoned customer. To ensure quick delivery ALWAYS send proof of payment to admin@scrap-n-crop.com, cc: valerie.gan@gmail.com. Do this even if you made a paypal payment as our paypal e-mails are not monitored frequently. When sending payment receipt remember to put your Order # in the subject header.

 

If you make a 3rd party online bank transfer, simply forward the receipt to us. Your receipt would be in the form of transfer confirmation and can be in an attachment or a snapshot of the website page. Some banks allow for confirmation to be sent to another e-mail recipient. In this case, simply add in our e-mail addresses as mentioned above.

 

In the case of an ATM transfer, either scan the receipt or take a clear photo to send to us.

 

As for cheque deposits, please scan the cheque slips. You can also fax us a xeroxed copy of the slip.
