DAMAGE GOODS REPLACEMENT (or REFUNDS)
We wish to remind customers that in order to be fair to us at Scrap-n-Crop.com, please report your manufacturer damages within 2 WEEKS of PURCHASE. Failure to do so will not entitle you for a replacement or a refund as we are unable to record the damages to the respective manufacturers on our end.
Tools, machines, punches that are picked-up at the Scrap.Abode (warehouse) are checked on premise with you in person at the point of purchase to confirm working condition; thus, we will not entertain any manufacturer 'damage' claims.
Punches that are shipped out are quality-checked by Scrap-n-Crop.com before we post them and evidence of the 'test' is included with the item and signed-off by us. In few (and far apart) cases in our >7 years of business as an online store - some punches and tools may experience postal damages. Please report them to us within 2 weeks and we will assess the damage.
In the event the damaged item is OUT of stock, Scrap-n-Crop.com will make you a cash refund. Otherwise a replacement will be made.
PURCHASE ERROR EXCHANGES
Should you purchase an item in error, please inform and return the items in it's original condition and packaging within 2 weeks to enable the necessary accounting records.
Items purchased by error is entitled to exchanges or store credit only. No refunds will be made.
