Since Scrap-n-Crop.com is run on a volunteer-basis and those base locally; i.e. Malaysia, are juggling child minding, full time day-time jobs and the online store, there will be occasions you cannot get us on the mobile immediately or it takes us a few hours to respond to your email.

Well, for one, please settle your purchases as soon as we invoice you.
The second thing which most newbies seems to miss out is: PAYMENT VERIFICATION.
To do this all you need to do is email us your payment receipts.
