If you took Michelle's earlier version of this in spring 2009, you're "grandfathered in" and will automatically receive access to this class when it begins.
"I could never do that!"
"I can't draw!"
Oh yes you can!
"I can't draw!"
Oh yes you can!
Michelle has taught hundreds of high school students the basics of drawing and painting, and she can teach you, too. Doodling, whether it goes by the name of personal art, zentangles, tesselations or something else, has become more popular on scrapbook pages and handmade cards as well as in art journals. Without some basic techniques and know-how it can be intimidating. Let Michelle show you how to get started with easy ways to include your own "doodled" page art on your pieces. EVERYONE can do this!
Six lessons teach you:
- 18 repetitive patterns to use alone or in combination on your pages and projects
- inspiration and instruction for using doodles on backgrounds, white space, photos, borders, frames and embellishments
- learn to draw eyes, mouths, noses, ears and an entire face
- detailed step-by-step for creating tessellations (think M C Escher)
- In addition to the downloadable written & illustrated lessons that Michelle will be posting, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a private class forum where you can ask questions and share ideas as well as a private gallery for posting your work and seeing what others have done.
