Scrap-n-Crop.com ships WORLDWIDE and being in business for the last 10 years, we are blessed and relief to say that the postal/shipping system has been relatively trouble free - given the volume we ship daily.
However, like everything else in life ... mistakes, inefficiencies etc do happen!
So, if you do NOT RECEIVE your products within 2 business days of making payment (within Malaysia only), please use the tracking numbers we emailed you to lodge a complain with the courier company immediately.
The courier company will not be able to track your shipment days or weeks later ... and yes, shouting at them or us will not make a difference in improving the ability to track the item.
