Using slow-drying acrylic colors and mediums, artists can achieve softer blending effects generally associated with oil paints. 

By mixing OPEN Acrylic colors with fast drying Heavy Body Acrylics artists can control the drying time of their paint. 

With OPEN mediums and Acrylic Glazing Liquid, blending can be accomplished with a glazing technique.
