Shopping Tips 101: How Long Does It Take My Order from SnC to Reach Me?

ORDERING PROCESS

1. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We process your orders within 48 hours of receiving them.  As soon as we get your payment confirmation, we ship out your products within 48 hours and send you the shipping information. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

2. Why do I have to wait for you to check our orders before we can pay?

Because we have walk-in customers and classes where we use the products, on occasions this has not been updated.  We therefore advise our customers to wait for the final invoice before paying.

CUT-OFF TIMES

Our cut off times for your orders to be processed on the same day is 5pm. Our cut off times for payment to ensure delivery the following day is by 10pm. Which means, if you need your orders within 48 hours, check out before 5pm, and when your invoice comes in at around 9-10pm, make payment immediately.

3. Shipping Times

We ship orders out first thing the next morning, this means we check for payment made the night before. Once PosLaju / Airpak picks up your order from us, it will reach you the next day. This means, if you pay on Tuesday night you will get your goods by Thursday night!
