Shopping Tip 101: Shopping Cart Processing Cut Off Time

Dear Ladies, 

Some quick housekeeping with regards to shopping online at Scrap-n-Crop.com.

 

ONE

For orders to be checked and processed within the same day, please submit your shopping cart at Scrap-n-Crop.com by 5pm. 

There may be the occassional delays of 1 day+ if orders are too heavy or if I am away.

 TWO

For orders to be sent the following day, payment receipt MUST be sent via e-mail admin@scrap-n-crop.com by 10.30pm. 

Note that we need the few hours to verify your payment and also to match your payment against the shopping cart.

 THREE  

Once Scrap-n-Crop.com has mailed out your orders, a tracking number will be provided to you on the same night the shipment was made.

FOUR

You will generally receive the order the following day. 

Naturally some delays occur - as couriers and Poslaju folks are humans too ... and we do make some mistakes on and off. Nonetheless, in general, these folks have been superb!

FIVE

Please note that we are NOT able to accommodate personal deliveries. Trust us, the courier and Poslaju works wonders and with the tracking numbers there is no fear of missing parcels etc. Hence, please understand that ALL deliveries from Scrap-n-Crop.com will be made via Pos Laju or other courier services, or if you are willing, you may arrange for your own personal pick-up. 

FIVE 

NO exceptions will be made for the shopping cart processing cutoff time.

We do need to sleep!
