SnC Shopping Tips 101: Stock Availability

.
Many of you get this a lot. If you have paid for your invoice without waiting for Scrap-n-Crop.com to confirm your purchase more often than not, some items in your purchase may not be available. This is because Scrap-n-Crop.com have long breached the 10,000 SKU mark and have more than 10,000 choices at any one time.

Scrap-n-Crop.com sometimes have walk in customers to our Scrap.Abode,  and sometimes take stuff for the Crop.Arty or Celeb Class for use without noting it down. Lastly, err... well we sometimes misplace items in our 3400 sq feet store!

Therefore we suggest you make payment only AFTER receiving the Order Confirmed email which should look like this:

Dear <%Billing Name%>

We have checked your order <%Order Ref%>. Your order will be processed once payment is made.

Please make payment to <%Company Name%> (Co. No: 641055X), RHB Bank Acc No: 2-14035-00116168 or to our paypal, valrie88@gmail.com. Please note that our paypal was registered in another country and therefore we cannot accept RM payments via paypal. If you need to pay via Paypal please change your shopping cart to other currencies such as SGD or USD.

For NAB and DBS accounts, please email me if you do not have the details.  Please send us proof of payment to admin@scrap-n-crop.com, (cc: valerie.gan@gmail.com) as soon as possible to avoid shipping delays.

Thank You for shopping with us. Do come back anytime!

I find the most addictive thing about Online Shopping is the waiting process. I think it is quite fun getting packages in the post.
