If you have been using the Distress Ink Pads all this while, you will be delighted at Tim Holtz new Distress Oxide Ink pads! Learn the difference between the original Distress ink and new Distress Oxide ink. Learn how they are excellent complements to the original Distress ink. 

Used together, the two inks give paper crafters and mixed media artists the ability for almost granular control over the properties of the ink at each stage of their project.

The world of distress continues to be an evolution of creative discovery.  What began 13 years ago as a unique dye ink formulation of 6 vintage colors has expanded into a palette 60+ colors and crossed into various categories including stains, paints, glitters, embossing powders, mediums, surfaces, markers, and crayons…

As of 2017, we embark on a new adventure with the introduction of Distress Oxide – a dye and pigment ink fusion that is reactive with water creating a realistic oxidized effect – available in Scrap-n-Crop.com.  

What’s already been described as “wizardry”, “epic”, and “game changer” will soon take your creative journey to new places.  With the latest order, we have 24 colours available in store.

SnC Crop.Arty: Handmade Midori Style Leather Travelers Notebook + Handpainted Suminagashi (Ebru/ Marbling) with Jessica @coralcatelier

For the first time, Scrap-n-Crop.com will be introducing leather making so students can create their own one of a kind traveler's notebook.

Come learn how to make your own traveler notebook using real leather with Jessica of @CoralCatelier where you will be introduced to basic leather crafting using leather craft tools to create your own traveler's notebook. 

In addition, you will learn how to design templates and construct the leather designs. 

But that's not all. 

Jessica is also throwing in traditional suminagashi (ebru/ marbling) hand dye leather technique where you'll apply the technique taught to create lovely marbling designs on the very same leather travelers notebook you have created.

And once you're done with making your own leather notebook and hand dying designs on it, you'll be taught leather care, leather coating and how to burnish the leather edges to complete the look of a professionally made midori styled traveler notebook with style.

For just RM180/- (real value for money for all of the above), all materials and supplies will be provided and students will bring home their completed traveler's notebook in 4 hours!
