Here's a very simple and quick memory keeping system Heidi Swapp has come up with - the Time Capsule Album.
I'm not sure about you, but part of scrapbooking, maintaining a journal, notebook, memory planner or project life for me is to enable myself to tell and store the stories of my life and that of my children to look back when they are bigger.
And as a child and later teen growing up, I often write notes behind my photos, slip in small pieces of papers in the photo album pockets or attach an envelop with staples containing notes and bits and bobs of things which we now call ephemera!
