For those of you that use Simple Stories Carpe Diem or other A5 size planners, although these 6 x 8 dividers and inserts are a tad larger than the traditional A5 size (5.83 x 8.27 inches), the 2 holes DO line up with the middle holes in A5 planners, so they defintely can work in your A5 planners by just punching the additional holes!!
