One of the current favourite at the moment is the Tulip Glow in The Dark Fabric paints. Since I took some out with good intentions of making some Halloween t-shirts for my kids, I photographed them in the dark to show you how intense the glow in various colours are.
I'm yet to try the Decofabric Fabric markers by Marvy Uchinda… so I can't comment personally … but they seem to be another favourite amongst crafters.
