The Sakura Decorese Glittering pen features bright, glitter-colored ink that has a paint-like look and texture. Even after it dries, the ink retains a subtle sheen and raised effect.

The water-based gel ink is opaque and works well on light and dark paper as well as photos, plastic, glass, and metal.
