We're in our 9th year now ... yes, Scrap-n-Crop.com is nine years old.
And believe it or not a huge number of our supporters from our hey days are still with us ... that means, you too have been crafting for 9 years or more.
January tends to be the most anticipated month of the year for us and our supporters alike … with questions such as how are things going to change.
This year and the coming year has been challenging to all businesses.
The US Dollar has sky-rocketed to a high of RM3.63 from RM3.18 (a whopping 15% higher) when we started out in January 2014.
And as usual Scrap-n-Crop.com tries our very hard to maintain prices despite the higher cost of goods.
Good news is, Scrap-n-Crop.com has revamped our Loyalty Discount Programme - thanks to your feedback - for a way way better system.

how does the point system work?
Every RM1 of purchase entitles you to 1 reward point even for discounted products.

The Scrap.Abode (warehouse) will continue with OPEN DAYS held twice a month (normally one Saturday and one Sunday).
During the OPEN DAYS customers can walk in and purchase, or collect their online purchases. Classes, craft parties, demos, make + take sessions and get togethers will be held at the Scrap.Abode.

Scrap-n-Crop.com continues to prefer bank in transfers to either our Maybank or RHB Bank.
The account numbers will be provided in the Order Processed email sent after we have checked your orders. At the moment we are unable to refund payments made using this method. However refunds will be made in terms of points credited.

Credit Card payments are accepted via our PAYPAL account. This will remain an automated process if customers choose to pay via PAYPAL upon checking out.

Although courier rates are all increasing this year, Scrap-n-Crop.com is currently maintaining the subsidised shipping costs for all our customers.
Shipping starts at RM7.00 for all Peninsular Malaysia customers.

Customers able to receive parcels at their time convenience - 365 days a year (including public holidays)***, and anytime between 8am - 9pm. Customers can choose between four delivery time zones and should they miss the delivery truck, they can contact the delivery agent directly and rearrange at their own convenient time.
Real time tracking of their deliveries will be provided if customers choose this shipping method.
Packages are now insured up to the amount of RM4,000 versus RM100 using other conventional courier services.
Payment via credit card or cash upon delivery to customers are available at a small service fee.

Scrap-n-Crop.com's cut off times for your orders to be processed on the same day is 5pm.
Our cut off times for payment to ensure delivery the following day is by 10pm.
This means, if you need your orders within 48 hours, check out before 5pm, and when your invoice comes in at around 8-9pm, make your payment immediately.
Kindly ensure that all orders are process and paid 48 hours before a Public Holiday to ensure your shipment is not disrupted.
Most importantly, please remember to e-mail us your payment receipt as our bank statements do not indicate any details apart from the amount banked in.
