As you may not be aware, being an online store, we receive hundreds of emails daily at Scrap-n-Crop.com. As such your email can be "lost" in the sea of emails we receive, resulting in late shipment if we are not able to locate and verify your online payment to us.
As such, here's some simple steps/ things to abide to when making payment notification/ confirmation at Scrap-n-Crop.com.
Please state clearly your name and order number
(please check that the order number is complete) when sending us the payment receipt to enable us to process your order correctly.
The best way for us to match the correct payments to the correct order please use your ORDER PROCESSED email by hitting reply when attaching your payment receipt.
We often receive emails without proper indication or without anything but just your payment receipt. This presents great difficulty as often your email name may be a short form or nickname and we cannot verify if it is the right order when matching your payments.
For instance, did you know as of today we have 316 names containing "Nurs" in our system and 396 names with "Meis"? Likewise for common Chinese surnames like "Tan", "Lee" and "Ng"!!!
Also in a week, we may have about 10 invoices amounting up to RM100 or 10 RM100 bank-ins.
We trust you all want your product as fast as possible and we hope by addressing your e-mails clearly we will be able to oblige.
