As with any item you may have purchased, we do from time to time, not often though, encounter damages or defective product. Please be informed that Scrap-n-Crop.com DO take back defective products provided a few conditions are met:
ONE
Damages must be due to defective product and not due to your own negligence for example:
- If your item purchased is damaged when you first open the packaging.
- We will not accept returns if for example you dropped your die cutting machine and it broke as a result.
TWO
Damages must be reported within 1 week of receipt with either proof of images or goods returned to Scrap-n-Crop.com. This is because we are also bound by time limit to report defects to the manufacturer.
THREE
You will need to make the first attempt of contacting the manufacturer before reporting to Scrap-n-Crop.com. Manufacturers do give product replacements and sometimes in addition to refunds, they do give extras too to the end users.
