Armed with a (plastic) knife and some paper napkins, Becks pondered for a long while before deciding how to 'attack' her birthday cake. Between the ducks in the pond, the sugared dogs (with paper parasols that I really don't get) or the train ... sigh! what a tough decision ... all of which being her present fetish.
Well, finally, Val had to artfully maneuver her way around 'forbidden' parts of the cake to cut us weird looking pieces... but just as soon as she was done with serving the guests, Becks decided to undo all the sugared dogs and reposition the train. Ha!
Frankly, I think all those under 4 feet tall are designed to test our strength and tolerance!
Yes, this statement of course comes from "ee ee" who is ... alas ... single.

Cool cake :-)
Weird shaped cake pieces are what it's all about you know! I wasn't allowed to cut the lava part of the volcano cake I made the other day!!! (the kids allowed themselves to pick the jelly beans out of the lava though hehee).
LOL! It's hard for a child to make decision alright! Happy Birthday again Becky! Hope you had a grand day and enjoyed opening all your presents!
Lava?
