To speeden up processing of your purchases at Scrap-n-Crop.com, we do need your payment receipts. You may think we can spot your deposits in our bank statements, but imagine statements of multiple purchases with some showing similar amounts. We also encounter returned payments and payments which does not tally to your invoices. So, yes, we would NEED your copy of the receipt before we can process your shipment to send out.
How do you provide Scrap-n-Crop.com with proof?
1. Online GIRO or bank transfer
Just forward us a copy of your transfer details. Often some banks will send out confirmation of third party statements to a given e-mail address. Please fill in the email address as admin@scrap-n-crop.com. If your bank does not provide a confirmation receipt to a 3rd party, please capture your screen shot and e-mail that to us.
2. ATM Transfer / Cash and Cheque Bank In
Scan and e-mail us the bank in slip and ATM receipt. If you do not have a scanner, fax that to us at 87362135, attention to Valerie.
3. Paypal Payments
Notify us that you have made a paypal payment. Scrap-n-Crop.com paypal emails are not monitored and we may not be aware that you have made payment.
4. Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments can only be made in person in store. If you would like to come over please make an appointment as the store is not manned otherwise.
