TIPS & TECHNIQUES: Golden High Flow Acrylics, a Unique and Versatile tool for Artist

I'm most definitely one of the culprits - using Golden High Flow Acrylics to refill my markers as they are of ink consistency and being acrylic, I can literally write on any surface!

However, with an ink-like consistency it allows and assists us in creating a wide range of techniques,  including staining, leveling, calligraphy, and mixed media.

Therefore, the High Flow Acrylics from Golden is actually a unique and versatile tool for artist as it is a low viscosity paint ("flow-y") has loads of pigment (colour) in it allowing you the ability to introduce fine lines and drawing into painting.

It's seriously fun to experiment with and produces loads of different outcomes from watercolour wash, underpainting, staining, colouring large areas quickly to monoprinting.

Check  out the video below for some of the usual applications.

Priced by pigment type and load, the Golden High Flow Acrylics, Golden Fluid Acrylicsand Golden Heavy Body Acrylics are all priced the same by colour type.
